THE ROLE:
 We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that has experience creating, implementing, and overseeing creative and successful campaigns and strategies. 
You will play a crucial role in increasing sales, improving client retention, and developing loyalty as a member of the team. In the fast-paced world of automotive brand marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is essential. With confidence, they drive strategic planning, carry out campaigns, and evaluate results to make sure that digital activities are in line with the overall objectives of the NIO brand. 
You will create, manage, and carry out innovative digital campaigns and offers across a variety of platforms in this vital role. 
As a subject matter expert, you will assist our brand with its digital marketing initiatives, emphasising ways to increase opportunities, improve consumer engagement, improve marketing efficacy, and promote the NIO brand.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 creating, managing, and implementing digital offers and campaigns to increase traffic, revenue, customer loyalty, and retention. 
Oversee the beginning of a digital campaign, from informing agencies to checking media schedules and ensuring timely implementation. 
Maintain standards, objectives, and policies in close collaboration with the brand and agencies. 
Draw attention to areas that need improvement, pose risks, and offer opportunities to take advantage of any divisional synergies that could result in cost savings.
 Assist the management of the brand on its website, which will serve as a conduit for divisional efforts aimed at boosting traffic, customer interaction, and brand recognition. 
Encourage the brand to generate its own sponsored and organic media. 
Encourage the organisation to implement best practices for digital marketing. 
Control how digital media is used to further the brand's product plan. 
Help increase the efficacy of marketing by recognising the immediate and long-term problems that need to be solved.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the media agency, emphasising the advancement of best practices and boosting media efficiencies. 
Oversee the entire optimisation testing process, including setting priorities, obtaining requirements, putting them into practice, measuring the results, and suggesting the next course of action.
 All web, social media, email, database marketing, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns should be planned and carried out. 
Monitor media plans and help make them more effective.
 Oversee the go-live dates for each campaign and ensure that they are all launched on schedule. detailed analysis of campaign results using a range of in-house software tools.
 Make informed decisions on the next course of action by drawing conclusions and properly presenting the data. a summary of the traffic generated. 
Create and implement effective digital marketing and promotions to promote brand expansion and consumer acquisition. become a specialist in digital marketing, directing the plans and initiatives of our car brands. oversee our internet presence, boosting consumer interaction and brand recognition. 
Utilise data-driven insights to pinpoint crucial conversion points, improve user funnel optimisation, and raise campaign efficacy overall. 
Continue to experiment with fresh and original growth tactics using cutting-edge digital marketing techniques. 
SKILLS: 
familiarity with cloud computing and digital analytics tools. familiarity with a range of social media and content management systems. expertise in developing digital marketing across multiple channels. aptitude for analysis and problem-solving. capacity for self-motivation and self-management. 
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
 a bachelor's degree in analytics, communications, digital marketing, or marketing. six years of minimum experience in digital marketing, three of those years spent in the Middle East. 
Experience in automotive marketing is beneficial but not necessary. 
Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques, encompassing Digital Media, and in-depth comprehension of Web Analytics, CRM, and CX. outstanding English communication abilities (Arabic is desired). self-driven and capable of cooperating with teams from different departments.
